Job Summary: REZITRADE is seeking a dedicated, results-driven Account Executive with a proven track record in the Home Warranty, Real Estate, Title, or Mortgage industries. Leveraging your existing network of relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, builders, attorneys, and others, you'll identify and cultivate sales opportunities. This outside sales role will involve a combination of in-person meetings and remote engagements with existing contacts and newly acquired clients. You'll be held accountable for managing and growing your territory. As an Account Executive, you'll demonstrate the product, articulate its value propositions, onboard individual clients as well as entire offices/companies, and ensure these clients are actively placing orders. Your role will necessitate ongoing client training and support, requiring a strong background in sales, an in-depth understanding of the real estate industry, and a talent for nurturing professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, securing new sales opportunities and expanding business with the existing client base.
  • Compile lists of prospective clients from various sources (networking, websites, newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows) and develop a comprehensive call plan.
  • Assess individual client needs and present and implement tailored solutions.
  • Increase visibility within the territory by attending real estate industry functions, community events, and participating in local mortgage, realtor, title, and other associations.
  • Engage with clients and prospects daily through one-on-one presentations, ensuring a sufficient supply of marketing materials in the territory.
  • Travel frequently within the designated territory for client meetings, presentations, and networking events. Mileage and other travel-related expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy.
  • Stay abreast with product developments, refine selling skills, and monitor competitive offerings.
  • Leverage social media and marketing platforms to effectively promote the product.
  • Collaborate with management to provide customer feedback, ensuring all client needs are met and establishing a strategic plan for business growth and product enhancements.
  • Maintain daily activity on the CRM (Salesforce) dashboard.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a resident of the Raleigh, NC area.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a post-Secondary degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales and business development.
  • Strong persuasive abilities, negotiation skills, and a consistent track record in closing sales.
  • Prior experience in selling home warranty, title, or mortgage-related products required.
  • Must have an established network of relationships within the specified territory.
  • Experience with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce, is mandatory.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and presentation/public speaking skills.
  • Demonstrable planning, organizational, and territory management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, adhere to deadlines, and achieve goals.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
